(accepted by student):

I undertake to complete the course within the study year (ranging one year from date of enrollment).
If my payment is dishonored for any reason, I undertake to pay such amount plus bank fees plus legal fees within 24 hours, in cash to Kondor Photographic, irrespective who is paying the course for me.
I undertake to pay all fees as agreed upon before receiving my study material from Kondor Photographic.
I undertake to notify Kondor Photographic in writing within 14 days of change of address or any of the information on the application form.
